Strict No Fee Refund Policy
Once payment is made, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will Phoenix B Fit issue a refund. This includes, but is not limited to: non-attendance, relocation, medical issues, or change of mind.
General Terms
- All membership, personal training, and class fees are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If you are unable to attend, the time elapsed will still count against your active membership period.
- Management reserves the final decision in any billing disputes. By purchasing a membership, you agree entirely to this no refund policy.
